Now if you buy a pre-order ship it comes with a key for the cbt, I just bout the light fleet myself, this is if you  so if you buy 1 you get a key, you do not have to buy the light fleet package, tho they are rather good earners have to say.

Also the ship you buy will be in your port to use right away.

what does this mean? games ready or game dev want cash upfront?

say you bought the jap cruiser, from tomorrow you will be allowed access to the cbt and all it entails, to be honest i've got the 3 of them and their very good, each wi their own strength's only tonight i shot down 8 torp/bombers wi my yubari, which is very good for a tier 4 ship, the yankee sims is very fast, excellent rof , turret very fast and excellent range, the yankee destroyers are mainly used to hunt other destroyers.
The russian Gremyashchiy is another very nice destroyer, its guns are one of the largest used by destroyer's nimble and a good turn of speed.
